  1. First, press [Cmd] + [Shift] + [5] to open the macOS screenshot menu.
  1. In the menu bar, select “Options.” In the “Save to” section, you can now specify where you want to save your screenshots. There are some suggested locations for this. If your desired folder is not listed, select “Other Location…”.
  1. Go to the location where you want to save your screenshots. Then click “Choose.” All future screenshots will be saved in this folder.
